near full or full boost. Not really good for the tranny, but I believe its better on the transmission than forcing it into drive at higher RPMs. Just mash the brake and pull up and hold the E-brake and floor the accelerator to let the boost build up and then launch(releasing both brakes). Try to limit you time brake boosting so you don't cook your transmission. For a Z, it takes about 4 seconds to hit full boost so try to time the stage lights just right to avoid Brake boosting to long. If you choose to do this, I would recommend getting the redline high temp auto trans fluid and upgrading the cooler. The proper way to get good launching performance would be to get a high stall converter with a tranny lock. Specialty Z would know more about high performance auto trannys so i would talk to them about upgrades.
